Your New Patient Portal and MHealth App Are Now Live
Harbor Regional Health has completed its transition to MEDITECH Expanse, our modern, unified electronic medical record system. The new system connects hospital and medical group care, helping our team coordinate your care while giving you convenient access to your health information.
The new Harbor Regional Health Cares Portal is now available for hospital and clinic visits occurring on or after May 1, 2026. The MEDITECH MHealth mobile app is also fully functional, giving you secure portal access from your smartphone or tablet.
Understanding Your Patient Portals
Because we transitioned to a new system, your health information is organized by when and where you received care:
Harbor Regional Health Cares Portal: For hospital and clinic visits on or after May 1, 2026. Visit my Harbor Regional Health Cares Portal to sign in or create an account.
MEDITECH Magic Portal: For hospital records before May 1, 2026, including hospital, emergency department, imaging, lab, AIS, and cardiopulmonary visits. Access the legacy hospital portal.
Athena Portal: For HRH Medical Group clinic records before May 1, 2026. Access the legacy clinic portal.
Each portal has separate login credentials. If you created an account before May 1, it will not automatically connect to the new Harbor Regional Health Cares Portal.
Take Your Portal With You
The free MEDITECH MHealth app is the mobile version of your patient portal. Once you have established your portal account, you can use the same login information in the app to access your health information from your smartphone or tablet.
With MHealth, you can securely:
Message your care team
View appointment details and manage appointments
Review lab results and radiology reports
Access health records, including immunizations, allergies, and conditions
Review medications and request prescription renewals
View visit history and discharge instructions
