Specialist Referrals: When necessary, we can facilitate referrals to specialists to address your specific healthcare needs.

Insurance Information:

Please note that we accept insurance plans for which we are contracted. To confirm your eligibility for walk-in services, we recommend calling ahead of time. Our friendly staff will be happy to assist you in verifying your coverage and ensuring a smooth and hassle-free visit. If you arrive at the Montesano Walk-In Clinic and your insurance is not accepted, you will be referred to our Emergency Department, so please call ahead to confirm your insurance.

While we can help with sprains and strains, if imaging, such as an X-ray or CT are needed you will be referred to HRH Diagnostic Imaging Center or our Emergency Department.

  • Ann brings decades of healthcare experience to Harbor Regional Health Family Medicine in Ocean Shores. Over the course of her career, she has cared for patients in emergency medicine, hospital care, public health, women’s health, and family practice, with experience ranging from newborns to seniors. She has also served her community as a school district nurse for North Beach schools and previously cared for patients in Ocean Shores family medicine clinics.

    Known for her approachable and compassionate style, Ann is passionate about building lasting relationships with patients and helping families stay healthy close to home.

  • Julie Day, ARNP: Delivering Compassionate Family Medicine in Hoquiam

    Julie Day, ARNP, is a dedicated healthcare professional who has always been drawn to the science and art of healthcare delivery. With a strong desire to establish and maintain therapeutic relationships, Julie finds immense fulfillment in improving people's quality of life and empowering them to achieve their healthcare goals. Growing up in Grays Harbor, Julie witnessed the challenges faced by the community with providers coming and going, causing a lack of consistency and follow-through. Determined to be part of the solution, Julie is committed to serving patients in Hoquiam for years to come.

    What sets Julie apart is her genuine interest in getting to know patients on a personal level. Beyond their medical diagnoses, Julie believes in understanding their families, pets, hobbies, and past experiences. By knowing the person behind the patient, Julie provides holistic care that addresses their unique needs.

    With specialized expertise in wound care and ostomy management certified through the Wound Ostomy Continence Nursing Certification Board, Julie is well-equipped to handle complex cases. Additionally, she is passionate about obesity management and is actively pursuing further training and certification in this area. Julie's extensive background in caring for the older adult population (geriatrics) further enhances her ability to provide comprehensive and specialized care.

    Julie's educational journey includes obtaining an MSN from Gonzaga University in 2022. As a certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Julie possesses the knowledge and skills necessary to deliver high-quality primary care services.

    With over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Julie's expertise spans various settings, including long-term care, wound care, leadership and management roles, as well as acute care in med-surg, oncology, orthopedics, and the operating room. This diverse background allows Julie to bring a well-rounded perspective to patient care.

    During interactions with Julie, patients can expect to develop a trusting and collaborative relationship. Julie's goal is to equip patients with the knowledge needed to make informed decisions about their healthcare. She encourages open dialogue, ensuring that patients feel comfortable asking questions and developing realistic goals and expectations for themselves. By empowering patients, Julie helps them realize that they have control over their health while offering guidance and support along the way.

    When Julie is not busy providing exceptional care, she enjoys spending time with her family on adventurous road trips, often visiting National Parks. Julie's love for outdoor activities, including long-board skateboarding, kayaking, camping, hiking, canyoneering, and rappelling, keeps her energized and in touch with nature.
